I wanted to write you guys back to thank you so much for the time and attention you have given to my request. I am completely blown away by the customer service you have provided. Not only did you guys respond to my original request within 24 hours, you then followed up with a second email when the song I requested was available. I debated subscribing to your service b/c I'm trying to save money, but it was $24 well spent!
I know people usually only write companies to complain, so I wanted to just write in and tell you how much I appreciate your time. Have a great day!

I am replying to this to tell you how impressed I am with your service and how pleased! I have seen many ringtone services that proclaim to work as well as yours does but did not. I followed your easy to understand directions for all of the recommended ways to download and everyone worked perfectly! Much kudos!

Well, i'v checked out other sites, a lot of them (I'm addicted to ringtones) but their collection doesn't compare to yours at all! I found all I was looking for, the sound is pretty much compressed (230 k) but it sounds like a blast on my phone, CHEERS!!!

I've heard something about y'r site, never got in... last night I tried it & found out some mp3's I kinda like, well I've never heard any Spiritualized ringtones nowhere before... absolute Glory!!!
