At first the Wu Tang Clan included only the RZA, GZA and Ol' Dirty Bastard. With time they added no less than six rappers, making the Wu Tang Clan a nine-person band. Each Wu Tang Clan member has been a member of other projects, groups and has had a solo career, thus spreading the Wu effect across the entire hip hop industry.
