In the early 70's Roxy Music signed the music contract with Island Records, which released the group's debut hit single entitled "Virginia Plain." The record had a huge success in Great Britain. The "Pyjamarama" single appeared in 1973; and the same year the band produced its full-length album, For Your Pleasure.
