About Kyuss
Kyuss started by jamming at desert parties, true to their Palm Desert origins and stoner nature. Their reputation as a lively live act helped Kyuss gain a wide local following and the respect of fellow musicians from the Southern California rock scene. Though they never translated this to true commercial success, Kyuss have left a mark on the stoner rock scene of the 90s with their sound, a mix of heaviness and psychedelica.
