About Foreigner
Foreigner have been around since 1976, founded by ex-King Crimson multi-instrumentalist Ian McDonald and professional singer Mick Jones. Together they recorded a string of successful albums, took a break for their own solo careers and returned once again for further recordings. Foreigner's best years, artistically and commercially were throughout their first seven albums, until 1987, after which their romantic rock music fell out of fashion.
