In the 90s, when En Vogue led the R&B world with confidence and style, the girls always shared the leading vocal responsibilities, much like the Supremes before them, and unlike Destiny's Child later on. Clearly it was a good decision by the En Vogue team, as the band's second album in 1992, Funky Divas, capitalized on all these and sold about 10 million copies.
