Cold is a well-known band from Jacksonville, Florida. The band's musical style can be described as a blend of hard rock, post grunge and alternative metal. Cold, who at the time were called Grundig, formed in 1986 with the line-up of Scooter Ward (vocals), Sam McCandless (drums), Jeremy Marshall (bass) and Matt Loughran (guitar).
