One of the most innovative and talented performers to emerge during the past years, Beck was born Beck David Campbell in 1970. It seems that he came from a creative family. His father was a conductor and string arranger, while his mother Bibbe Hansen, was a regular on Andy Warhol's Factory scene and appeared in the Warhol film Prison.
