About B.B. King
One of the most famous anecdotes about B.B. King is that he has a guitar named Lucille. It seems that when B.B. King was playing in a joint in a little Arkansas town called Twist, a fight broke out between a few men over a lady. During the fight a kerosene-filled garbage pail that was heating the bar was overturned, and the whole place caught fire. In the scramble to get out side, King left his guitar inside, and returned to get it, almost losing his life.
