Alice Cooper is regarded as the king of shock rock. His heavy metal music was accompanied on stage with extreme vaudeville theatrics, including electric chairs and guillotines. Alice Cooper would later tone down his music, recording more straight forward metal tracks, but has kept his stage show, fake blood and all.
